stretch marks on my shoulder and i need a swimming suit?

Hey i know i posted this question but i messed up on putting it in a different category. I'm a 14 year old girl that has stretch marks on her shoulders. I am going swimming next week and i don't know what to do about the stretch marks. are there any swimming suits i can get that cover a little bit of the shoulder? or anything i can get (example: makeup that is waterproof?) Please be nice im only 14. =]
and also please note that i am only 14 and i cant afford things too expensive =]

I have skin problems on my back and I'm real self conscious about it, so it makes swimming hard for me. So I bought a rash guard and board shorts to wear while swimming. A rash guard looks like a short sleeve shirt (although you can get different sleeve lengths) but it's made out of swimsuit material.Surfers wear them, so you might have seen them before. And if you don't think it will get to you in time through the mail, you could just look for ideas and find a store near you that carries the swimsuit you want.
