WHAT'S CAUSING MY HAIR LOSS, WHAT TREATMENTS ARE THERE?

i have this weird hair loss, ont he top of my scalp, in a circular pattern. its about 4 cm long and 3 cm wide. at first, it was only about the size of a penny, but a few days later, it slowly got larger and larger. its been the same size for about 2 months/2 months and a half now. it all started back in june. somehting that may have caused this is in one week, i coloured my hair 3 times, bleaching it in between all the times - at home. the colour and bleacher formulas reached my scalp. that same day, is wen i noticed the penny sized patch, and it progressed from then on. was this what caused thsi hair loss? what could be done to cure this? are there any at home remedies? are there any creams or shampoos, no matter the price.
