What toll did your pregnancy take on your afterbirth body?

Hi im due to have my first in a few months and was wondering what toll did pregnancy take on your body? Im interested to know about stretch marks, saggy boobs, mummy tummy's etc. also what Solutions did you find to these ? I know every person is different i just want to know what your after birth body experience was. Thanks

I really tried to take good care of myself during pregnancy to avoid or minimize some of the tolling effects of pregnancy.

Exercise is very important, not only is linked to higher IQ in babies, easier delivery, it helps you maintain a healthy pregnant weight. Just walking half an hour will help.

Drinking plenty of water is great for minimizing or eliminating getting stretch marks, I also used cocoa butter after bathing. I have a couple stretch marks post baby, but they are not very visible and one is from a scar I have on my tummy, when my belly stretched the scar stretched out too.

I am in good shape, so I bounced right back to my pre-baby weight. I don't have a mom pouch or anything like that.
Breastfeeding can change your breasts a little bit, but in my opinion it's worth it...great bonding experience and it's the best thing you can do for your baby (though don't feel bad, if you don't or can't breastfeed).

Eat healthy, exercise, take your vitamins, and drink plenty of water!!!!!
