How do you get rid of stretch marks fast?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I've been using Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula stretch mark lotion and since I've been using it my stretch marks have lightened a little but I'm wondering if anyone knows of anything that works better and faster?

You cannot get rid of stretch marks. Once they form, they are there to stay, unfortunately.

The only REAL way of getting rid of stretch marks is to literally cut away the skin where they are... like when people have a tummy tuck, any stretch marks below the belly buttom get removed because the skin is cut away.
