Severe Dry Skin In Babies

Info about accutane?!?!?

I want to start using accutane, I don't have bad acne at all and i understand its for only severe cases, I dont care, I want flawless skin. My insurance covers the cost but Im a little nervous, will a dermatologist allow me to start it since I have pretty good skin? Also, if i want to have a baby in like 10 years will i be able to if I stop using accutane in likr 7 months? Is their any severe side affects? I dont care about the dry lips and skin, I mean like reallllly serious side effects?
oh and i use proactive and have been for like 6 months, it hardly works at all. Im sick of wearing cover up and not being able to swim with my friends without feeling embarresed!

Both of my parents have taken Accutane and are glad for it. I never had bad acne, so I didn't take it, but it's supposed to be worth it if you have severe acne. Because there can be horrible reactions, doctors don't want people with mild acne to take it. I don't know if you'll be able to get a prescription. As far as the children go, you only take the medication for 6 months, and you should be able to have healthy normal children after about a year.

Side effects commonly include:

-Dry & irritable skin
-Chapped lips
-Red & warm skin (feels like you have a sunburn)
-Dry eyes (you'll need eye-drops)
