What natural remedies for skin condition..?

Hi there I wonder if anyone can help me please. I have psoriasis; the doc diagnosed it as "teardrop" psoriasis. I get random patches all over my body including my pubic area and also in my scalp. It is very annoying and itchy and quite red at the moment. I know how it is triggered and I think that I'm having a flare up at the moment through stress at not being able to sleep properly. Does anybody have a natural remedy I can use to help treat this, i.e. somehting I can put in my bath and/or a combination that will allow direct application to the skin and scalp?
