Extremely Dry Skin Under Beard

problem with accutane/Dry Skin Scabs under beard?

So, I'm on accutane, and it's driving me crazy, but that's besides the point.
I'm 16 and I decided to grow out a beard (scruffy, not long). The problem is, now, there is a whole lot of dry skin + a few scabs around my beard, mostly in the chin area. Since I'm extremely stubborn, I tend to pick my scabs. I have now officially stopped doing it, but when I did, the scab would be clear/yellowish, and only plasma would come out, and of course form another scab of plasma. I don't know what to do at this point, because I refuse to shave my beard and reveal this nastiness.
