Best Dry Skin Face Moisturizer

best face wash and moisturizer for extremly dry skin and also fights acne?

i have really dry skin on my face, bad enough where it flakes 24/7 and i moisturize and use olay 360. well, what's the best face wash i can use for my skin type? i have EXTREMLY dry skin and break out a few times a week. like two zits here and two there. i need something i can buy at walmart or riteaid. i also would like a moisturizer. any suggestions?
remember, i need something for my DRY skin that FIGHTS acne.

I loveeee the nuetrogena wave.! It works really good for me. It doesnt dry out your skin either, and they just came out with the wave sonic, im not sure about moisturizers they always make my skin break out, but I highly recommend the nuetrogena wave original or sonic(:
