How to lose all acne before school starts?

I am starting high school next year and unfortuantely I have a lot of acne. It is only because of hormones though not at all diet or anything. Ok I really don't want to sound braggish but I am that type of girl who would be really gorgeous without zits. And it really sucks that I have them. In the summer I sometimes lose a couple of zits but not always. Also my zits aren't like seperate little acne things, but they are all red marks and scars and stuff. I would prefer not to buy products and stuff but do it a natural way (also that's 100% free.) And also I would love to lose acne perminately so that I never have it again. I have about 7 months to do this. Any tips? Peace:)
